Cancellation & Other Policies
Polished & Chic proudly offers a wide variety of salon services in a clean and friendly atmosphere to accommodate all your needs and expectations. Our licensed and highly qualified team of experienced stylists and beauty experts are ready to provide you with a pleasant and enjoyable experience.
To ensure the smooth operation of our salon we require a credit card deposit to reserve your appointment. Rest assured, your data will be handled securely and confidentially.
By booking, you agree to our policies listed below.
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and there may be a need to change or cancel an appointment. We will do everything we can to accommodate you, however we need you to understand that if you cancel or re-schedule without giving proper notice, your appointment will be difficult, if not impossible to fill. In these instances we reserve the right to charge your card as follows:
Same Day Cancellations and No-Show Policies
Services will be billed 50% of the full service amount.
Hair Service Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment no less than 48 hours prior to your visit to avoid a 25% charge.
Extensions Policy
A 50% deposit will be implemented upon booking of all extension application services. If canceled within 7 working days of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
Smoothing Service Policy
A 50% deposit will be implemented upon booking all Brazilian Blowout or Keratin services. If canceled within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited.
Lateness
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment. If you know you are running late, please call us ahead of time to make sure we can accommodate your appointment and or reschedule it. If your service cannot be completed in the remaining time without impacting other clients’ appointments, you will be considered a No-Show and will be billed in full.
Consultation & Pricing
All services show a starting price and may increase based on hair length, texture and additional services that may be needed. A $25 deposit is required when booking a consultation, which will then be applied to your appointment. However, if you do not show for your consultation, you will then forfeit your deposit. Consultations prior to booking are highly recommended to achieve your perfect look and to ensure that you and your stylist are the perfect fit. Please discuss how to achieve your desired look with your stylist and inquire about any questions you may have prior to your booking, so that we can achieve and execute your perfect look.
Payment Options
We accept cash, debit and all major credit cards.
There is a 3.75% surcharge added to all credit and debit card payments. Gratuities CANNOT be added to credit cards or checks.
Our Guarantee
Polished & Chic Salon Boutique guarantees our services. Please let us know if we need to modify a service at the time it is completed and we will work to get it just right for you. You have 7 days to contact us for any adjustment if you are unhappy with your service. We will get you back in at the earliest time that is convenient. Unfortunately, once a service is provided, it cannot be refunded.
Returns
All jewelry, accessory and professional equipment sales are final. However, all professional equipment is covered by manufacturer’s warranties.
Hair and skin products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
